On 9 July in Barbaggio, a dozen enthusiasts went to discover the secrets of how the famous Corsican knives are made, directly in Mr Luc Plavis' workshop.
From forging the blades to shaping the handles, each step was explained with passion and expertise. A unique immersion into the world of traditional cutlery, combining ancestral techniques and precision craftsmanship.
