On Wednesday 6 August, around ten curious and enthusiastic visitors were able to enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Patrimonio vineyard, at the Clos U Suale.
The visit began with a wonderful immersion in the sun-drenched vineyards, where participants were able to learn more about the region's exceptional terroir, vineyard work and respect for nature.
Next, head to the estate cellar, a veritable showcase of expertise, where tradition and passion combine to produce wines of character. Fruitful discussions with the winemaker provided a better understanding of the stages of winemaking, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The morning concluded with a guided tasting the estate's wines, which delighted the taste buds of all participants.
A convivial moment, centred around vintages that reflect all the finesse and identity of Clos U Suale.
