This hands-on experience will allow you to visit the workshop and observe at close quarters the various stages in the manufacture of knives, from the working of the material to the finishing touches. Luc Plavis, a passionate knifemaker, will share his expertise with you through detailed explanations and a design demonstration, revealing the precision and exacting standards of this craft.
A blend of tradition, technical skills and transmission, this meeting offers an authentic insight into the world of cutlery.
