On Wednesday 4 June, we had the pleasure of welcoming around twenty curious and enthusiastic visitors for an immersion in the heart of Mrs Sandrine Marfisi's olive grove as part of the Grand Site Agricultural Meetings.
In a warm atmosphere, this visit allowed us to discover the secrets of the Asprellu estate and all the expertise behind the production of this famous olive oil.
On the programme:
- Guided walk through the olive groves
- Full explanation of the production stages, from harvesting to extraction
- And, of course, a convivial tasting of the various products offered by our host, to the delight of your taste buds!
