The 2025 European Heritage Days at the Grand Site de France are this weekend!

On the programme:

Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September:
Tour of the citadel of Saint-Florent and discovery of the restoration project. An auction of works of art will be held to raise funds for the restoration of the citadel, followed by a concert by the group. European Plant Protection Organisation.

Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September:
⚔️ In collaboration with the association USS Corsica, we invite you to visit the restored bunker at the Teghime Pass, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will be able to trace its history, from its construction in the 20th century to its recent restoration. We will also discuss the famous Battle of Teghime, a decisive stage in the liberation of Corsica. A tour route will be offered: the casemate, the memorial and the cannon. The association will also guide you through the vegetation of the Teghime Pass, to discover the remains still visible on the site.

At the same time, the entry of the House of the Grand Site de France in Saint-Florent will be free of charge during these two days. Opening hours: mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and afternoons from 2 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
