A look back at the first of the Grand Site's craft events, during which a dozen participants had the pleasure of visiting the workshops of ceramicist Julien Truchon.
The day's programme includes a behind-the-scenes look at the art of ceramics and a demonstration of this unique craft.
Based in the village of Patrimonio since 2007, Julien Truchon offers magnificent pieces, including vases, cups and plates.
Although his works are displayed in his shop, his workshops are rarely open to the public, so it was a privilege for our visitors to discover the various manufacturing processes such as moulding, modelling and firing.
