As part of the Fête de la Nature (Nature Festival) and its theme «1001 regards« (1001 views), the Syndicat Mixte Grand Site de France Conca d'Oru, Vignoble de Patrimonio – Golfe de Saint Florent (Conca d'Oru, Patrimonio Vineyard – Gulf of Saint Florent Joint Association) has decided to organise a school drawing competition. It will be open to nursery and primary school pupils from schools in the Grand Site de France municipalities. The aim of this project is to promote the Grand Site de France (GSF) and its wonderful natural and architectural landscapes through the annual national event, the Fête de la Nature.
In the long term, we hope to make this event a permanent fixture so that the children of the Grand Site can take ownership of it and share and pass it on in turn. This event will also be a way to raise awareness among young people and their parents about the importance of protecting a Grand Site de France (GSF). It will also be a means of increasing its reputation and visibility. It will also serve as a link with other Grands Sites and will enable us to develop our relationships with them through the sharing and dissemination of information.
To participate in this competition, the child's first and last name, class, school, and teacher's name and contact details (telephone number and email address) must be written on the back of the drawing. The drawings will be collected on Friday 21 May by the Joint Association from all nursery and primary schools in the six municipalities mentioned above.
To be won: An educational game related to nature and 6 tickets (for the child and their parents) for a return boat trip from Port de Saint-Florent to Plage du Lotu.
